Jac & Jones produces wines in very small quantities from quality fruit sourced from local vineyards. Boutique, off-grid production with minimal intervention right here in the Hunter Valley.

Our wines include traditional Hunter Valley Chardonnay and Shiraz, some alternative varieties such as Barbera and Pinot Grigio and an interesting blend of Shiraz Muscat.

We complete our love of wine and tourism with our Sassy Mobile Bar "Lovely" who we hire for events, our Wine Tour business showcasing the best of the Hunter Valley (with occasional Jac & Jones pop-up cellar door) and soon to be open B&B on Hermitage Road.
