Scarborough Wine Co. has been producing its unique style of wines since 1987. Specialising in Chardonnay but also producing other traditional premium Hunter Valley varieties, such as Semillon and Shiraz, Scarborough has established itself as one of the leading wine producers in the Hunter Valley.

In more recent years Scarborough have released the Offshoot Range which showcases contemporary Hunter Valley styles and varieties including Verdelho, Vermentino and Rosé.
