Hope Estate focusses on estate-owned and grown varietal wines from its vineyards in The Hunter, Western Australia and Victoria. The wine is perfectly complemented by the range of multi-award winning Hope Brewery beer and cider, all of which are masterfully brewed on-site, fresh and preservative free. A visit to the Cellar Door where guests can sample the wine, enjoy a tasting paddle of the beer and cider from the 12 taps and a relaxed meal from the Brewhouse Café overlooking the rolling lawn of the concert amphitheatre and vineyards beyond provides a well-rounded Hunter experience.

Tower Estate follows the philosophy of “the best of the best” from the architecture of the Cellar Door and Luxury Lodge to producing premium wine by sourcing fruit from regions around the country that are the celebrated for growing each variety.
