Born and raise in Byron Bay, we take a fresh approach to brewing handcrafted beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW, one of the greatest places on Earth. 
 
We established Stone & Wood Brewing Company in 2008. As the original brewers of the Northern Rivers, we built our first brewery here at the eastern tip of Australia, in a part of the world where people enjoy having a beer when relaxing after catching a wave, catching a band at the pub or just catching up with friends.
 
In 2014, we opened our second brewery up the road in Murwillumbah to try and meet the growing demand for our beer. This is where we produce most of our beer.
 
Our Byron brewery is the birthplace and the heartbeat of Stone & Wood. It is our spiritual home. It’s where we brew our limited releases, hold the occasional event or fundraiser and welcome those who are keen to see how we brew handcrafted beer and of course try it!
