3 Sons Cider is an award winning small cider producer in the ACT making traditional and contemporary style ciders using nothing but fruit and yeast. We use heritage English and French cider apples, locally picked wild apples and apples from Batlow to produce our ciders.
As we follow traditional manufacturing methods, the majority of our ciders are fermented fully dry, and are not watered down, resulting in a higher alcohol ciders like they have been made for centuries.
