We are a small business based in The Hawkesbury producing Salami, we have a traditional Italian range as well as our premium range which includes Wild Boar & Fennel, Kangaroo & Chilli, Duck & Juniper Berry and Beef & Horseradish. In the few short years we’ve been in business we’ve seen our business grow dramatically, largely lead by our premium range, especially the Duck & Juniper, the Kangaroo & Chilli and the Venison & Cranberry which we’ve just won Bronze, Silver, Gold and Champion at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
