inside what was once a bus depot and has been transformed into a
15-hectolitre brewery and taphouse, showcasing an award-winning
range of approachable, handcrafted beers including lagers, ales, sours,
stouts and more! And the handcrafted goodness does not stop there.
Surrounded by sugar cane and an abundance of great local produce,
Sanctus has a fully operational still on site producing a range of
specialty spirits including vodka, rum, and their signature Finger
Lime Gin, crafted using hand selected botanicals and ‘Gulalung’ finger
limes, native to Northern NSW.
We all know about the famous Big Banana in Coffs Harbour and the
