3 Sons Cider

3 Sons Cider is a multi-award winning cidery located right here in the ACT. The cidery, established in 2012 uses as much fruit as they can source from the local region, growing a lot of heritage English and French cider apples that most people have never heard of. They also pick wild growing trees for their interesting and sometimes exceptional cider qualities.

The ciders themselves are made using traditional techniques and focus on letting the fruit bring all the flavour. In that sense, the bottles contain minimal preservative and are only made with the freshly pressed juice and yeast, nothing else. Most of the ciders are allowed to ferment to dry which is how cider was traditionally made – not like the mass produced ciders of today. You can taste the fruit and the fruit alone.

The ciders are gluten free, vegan friendly and made with love and passion by our small family.
