The Nightingale family has been growing crisp, juicy apples in the alpine valleys of Victoria and southern New South Wales since 1954. Now four generations on, the Nightingale's have orchards in Wandiligong, the Buckland Valley, Stanley, and Batlow. The cool, elevated conditions in these regions concentrate the flavours to produce sweet, juicy apples. The result is a modern cider, that's fresh and fruity, with low residual sugar.
Alpine Cider is naturally made from 100% family grown and cold-pressed apples with no added sugar or concentrate.
