We are Canberra's only Low and Slow American BBQ Food Van. We were born out of the Meating Room in Weston Creek and have been smoking BBQ since 2015.

Hamish the pit master has a passion for American Smoked BBQ and we only source the best cuts of meat from local suppliers, we will be using Tasmanian Cape Grimm meat for the event.
Phil, Hamish's side kick/Pit apprentice has been in hospitality since 14, Robii is the chef of the crew and brings it all together with his expertise
